Hello and welcome to Earworm!
Music was my first love in life. The first music memory I can remember is when my family got a piano. I was about 5, and remember sitting on the piano bench, plucking out the notes to “Mary Had a Little Lamb”. At night, I would fall asleep to my Disney Princess lullaby album (or sometimes “A Little Bit Longer” by the Jonas Brothers if I was feeling crazy). I always toted around an MP3 player, and now as a 21 year old, I always have my wired headphones in. Nowadays it’s a lot of Men I Trust, Clairo, Father John Misty, etc., but the sentiment remains the same; I love music.
Now, why are we here? What is Earworm? I know you probably have lots of questions, and I am here to answer them. So, what even is Earworm? If you’ve never heard the term “earworm” before, let me define it for you. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines an earworm as “a song or melody that keeps repeating in one’s mind“. You get where I’m going with this? Our motto is “Sharing the music you’ll want stuck in your head.” It’s my goal to share with you (my beautiful audience) songs that’ll get stuck in your head! As a music listener, it feels like I am always searching the depth of my Spotify for new music. Earworm will serve as your one-stop shop for new music, music history, upcoming tours/shows, and more! Along with that, a majority of my music recommendations will focus on independent musicians or artists signed to independent labels. There’s nothing wrong with a little bit of Sabrina Carpenter or Chappell Roan, but I want to share the artists that you might not see on the cover of Rolling Stone.

I’m always looking for new artists and records to feature and we want our audience to be involved.
